Swah-rey was born from a simple conviction: that the best bread starts with patience, the best ingredients, and a community worth baking for. We opened our doors on Central Avenue with nothing but a mixer, a dream, and a deep respect for the craft.

Today, every loaf that leaves our oven carries that same intention. We source locally whenever we can, bake in small batches, and treat every customer like a neighbor — because that's exactly who we're serving.
